The Edmonton Journal Indoor Games -- fillable forms

There are two fillable entry forms for the Edmonton Journal Indoor Games, which will require use of Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat:

Year 2011 entry form for individual competitors (school events only)
Year 2011 entry form for relay teams

When you send the entry information via electronic mail, please include the school name in the subject line. Note that the forms work best with Version 9 of Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Please do NOT use the "Submit" button (it does not work consistently).

If you encounter problems with a fillable form, please ensure you include the following information if you contact us about it:

the operating system you are using;
the version of the Internet browser you are using (hint: use pulldown menu Help, About); and
whether you are using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, and the version you are using;
